Update 12/18/12: Teresa’s in Lakeville say the Prior Lake location won’t be open for “about another month”.
Title pretty much sums it up. Full disclosure: this information comes from a source with close ties to the building Teresa’s is in. I haven’t heard anything directly from Teresa herself.
I personally do not generally care for Mexican cuisine but I have been to the Lakeville location a handful of times and thoroughly enjoyed their interpretation of 25 ounce beers and margaritas the size of my head. And the food really was good.
As a side note, I find it interesting how much buzz a semi-chain restaurant opening in a strip mall has garnered around town. It points to the pent up demand for something new in Prior Lake and if I were a restauranteur I would take note and gobble up some property potentially available by Sheperd of the Lake.
